Laura Anne Hollabaugh

Laura Anne was born in Kansas City, MO & now calls San Francisco home. She studied visual communication & photography at the University of Arizona. Photography led her into styling & she has styled many shoots up & down the west coast. Having been published in various magazine including SOMA, NOVO, GenLux & FHM, she has worked with a number of models, musicians, a few celebrities & styles with Banana Republic & Piperlime. Rebecca Mink

Contributing Wardrobe Stylist
Rebecca Mink is the founder and designer of MINK Shoes. A devout animals rights activist and steadfast advocate of the use of alternative materials in fashion design, Mink has maintained a lifelong interest in the preservation, protection and safeguarding of animals. It is this conviction that is the inspiration behind MINK Shoes.

Mink, a former model and wardrobe stylist, boasts a career that has intermingled design with important cause-related issues. Mink has designed for and styled some of the most famous names in the motion picture and music industries and her work has appeared at such important industry events as The Grammys, The Academy Awards, The American Music Awards and the MTV and VH1 music awards. Mink designs have also been featured on several major mainstream magazine covers.

Brian Bowman

Contributing Hair Artist
Brian received the majority of his training with Redken, the leaders in the hair industry, recognized worldwide for instigating cutting edge hair techniques, styles and products, whilst balancing a proven and consistent track record of professionalism, knowledge, and design with a pioneering understanding of fashion and style. This led to him excelling at teaching and platform artistry at a national level.

Brian starred in the documentary “Peace, Love, And Bikinis” which won in its class at the New York Film Festival in 2005, co-hosted “Style Her Famous” on the Style Network, as well as being featured on “Good Day LA’s Style Report.” You can also see his work at The 2006 Grammy Style Lounge sponsored by In-Style. In addition, Brian is a Key Hair Designer at the Los Angeles Mercedes Benz Fashion Weeks, designing and creating styles for Ashley Paige, Heatherette, Sue Wong and Kara Saun, as well as Christie Martin, jewelry designer and Winner of Gen Art.

To date, Brian has styled numerous celebrities including Mariel Hemmingway, Chuck Lidel, Joe Perry from Aerosmith, Carmen Electra, David LaChappelle, Gavin DeGraw, Nick Lachey; D.J. Muggs from Cypress Hill, Backstreet Boys, Crazytown, Supermodel Jessica Miller, and actresses from the hit shows “Buffy The Vampire Slayer, “The Sopranos,” and “The O.C.”

In addition to his busy Beverly Hills studio, Brian is pursuing a degree from UCLA in Environmental Studies, with a minor in Political Science. The philosophy he is committed to is a movement toward more eco-conscious salon and hair care practices starting at the grassroots level.

Adina Doss

Contributing Hair Artist
Adina’s ability to transition one from ordinary to the full expression of their true self, places her in a category all her own. Her visionary eye brings about fearless change. Clients leave the chair updated, refreshed and confident about their new self-representation.

On her journey through the industry, Adina has had the good fortune to mentor under the world leading talent. Such as NAHA winners Chris Baran, Sam Villa, Kris Sorbie. She has also worked closely with fashion photographers Eric LaCour, Mark Sacro, and others.

Adina also pays it forward in the classrooms of students and stylist representing Redken as one of their top design and finishers.

Stephanie Lewis

Stephanie Lewis also known as S. Tiara, is a Contributing Hairstylist at Coco Eco Magazine, who recently moved from New York To LA to pursue her dream of becoming a well-known celebrity hairstylist. She has had continuing education working at top hair salons like Warren Tricomi, Elizabeth Arden, and Park salon in Manhattan. She has studied under some of the greatest hairstylists in the industry, and is proud to say that her goal and dream is coming alive. She has successfully styled for LA Direct Magazine and Car Culture Deluxe Magazine. Growing up she new she was meant to travel the world, be in the fashion industry, and make people feel and look beautiful. S. Tiaras’ look is sleek, elegant, and glamorous, yet edgy, and she is also an experienced barber.

Yiotis Panayiotou

Contributing Hair Artist
Yiotis Panayiotou is undoubtedly one of the leading hair stylists working today in the worlds of Fashion, Art, Music, and Film. He was born in London and raised in Cyprus and Greece. At an early age, Yiotis showed interest in hair when he began learning the trade at his mother’s salon.

At the age of 17, he started to study with the legendary Vidal Sassoon Academy in London. It was there that he developed his craft and eventually became a creative director at the age of 19. While at Vidal Sassoon he worked on projects that enabled him to gain international work experience and it was during his time that his talent for hair coloring jump-started his career and eventually brought him to Hollywood in 2001.

Once in Los Angeles, Yiotis started working with various celebrities and Oscar nominees such as Val Kilmer, Helen Mirren, Kate Beckinsale, Toni Collette, Eva Mendez, Heidi Klum, Cindy Crawford, and Milla Jovovich.

In addition to his celebrity clientele Yiotis is also very well known for his amazing fashion sense. His work has appeared in fashion editorials for Vogue, Marie Claire, Flaunt, Harper’s Bazaar, Vanity Fair and Elle and in advertisements for Calvin Klein, Guess?, L’Oreal, Tommy Hilfiger, Saks 5th Avenue and Neiman Marcus.

Simply said, Yiotis’ process for all of his jobs starts with a collaboration between himself and his client. Through their mutual vision and creative ideas he helps produce images that are both fashion forward and timeless.

Judd Minter

Key Hair Stylist
Los Angeles based Judd Minter is fortunate enough to experience all areas of the industry- from television to fashion shows, print and celebrity experiences- he loves them all. Once an Advanced Educator for Toni & Guy, and now a National Make-up Artist for Lancome, Minter is a double threat! He loves creating natural, sexy looks or building structure though hair. Most of his inspiration comes from nature. After all, pretty is pretty.

Kristen Shaw

In the fall of 2006, Kristen Shaw enrolled in the Aveda Institute of Chicago. Not long after, she received a job offer to move to New York City and assist Nick Arrojo. Leaving her home town for good, she became fascinated with the fast pace work ethic and the endless opportunities to create. Meeting new artists, friends, and sources of inspiration, Kristen took off on her own and started working for Suite 303 in the hip Chelsea Hotel. Here, she was learning under an eclectic mix of artists, and also had the opportunity to work on 36 episodes of TLC’s 10 Years Younger. Assisting master stylist Amy Barton, Kristen perfected her ability to make her client’s hair beautiful, edgy, and unique.

Ready for a taste of the west coast, Kristen relocated to Los Angeles in summer 2008. Since then she has had the opportunity to work with publications such as Interview, Missbehave, Vice, GQ, WWD and Teen Vogue. Her ability to make you see excitement and attitude in hair makes anyone want a piece of her talent. As a younger stylist with fresh ideas, Kristen’s worked with Paula Abdul, Little Boots, Jake Abel, Jena Malone, Steve Aoki, Piper Perabo, Martha Wainwright, Carney and more. She has also worked on advertising jobs for Nixon, KIA Motors, Alternative Apparel, Zanetti, FORD Models, and is currently represented by The Magnet Agency.

Julianne Kaye

Key Make Up Artist
Julianne Kaye has been working in the industry for over 14 years. Her work has been published in Harper’s Bazaar, Rolling Stone, Vanity Fair and many more. She has also worked with celebrities, Scarlett Johansson, Britney Spears and Eva Mendez to name a few. She founded Revolutionbeauty.com in 2007 and is the author of Pop Tart, a sensational novel about the entertainment industry that will be out in stores in June 2009.

Akemi Yagi

Contributing Make Up Artist
Akemi Yagi has been working in the cosmetic industry for over 10 years, based in Los Angeles after moving from Japan.

After graduating “Joe Blasco” Make-Up School, she assisted leading MUA, Klexius Kolby. Together they have worked on multiple projects including music videos for Janet Jackson’s “Son of a Gun,” Aerosmith’s “Jaded,” and make up for Ricky Martin, Madonna and more… at the Grammy Awards show.

Akemi learned Klexius’ excellent work ethic and his artistic techniques. With confidence, Akemi now performs jobs on his behalf.

Akemi has special skills, which help clients to bring out their natural beauty, while adding her unique style and freshness.

Also she has garnered attention by the Hollywood elite for her ability to create a natural shape to eyebrows by specific measurement and placement. The services offered have been one of Akemi’s specialties for the past 10 years and have had the ability to maintain the look with specific Japanese tools used.

When not on a movie set or photo shoot, you can find Akemi taming brows at the Agua Spa at the Mondrian Hotel.

Daniel Chinchilla

San Francisco born, Daniel is responsible for creating some of Hollywood’s most sexy and glamorous looks. Daniel moved to Los Angeles in 2001 to pursue his dream of becoming a Hollywood Makeup Artist. After years of training and climbing the competitive Make Up stained ladder, Daniel fought his way to the top by creating sexy, fashion forward looks for the Hollywood Elite. His creative work has appeared in many major fashion magazines such as Vogue and Madison Australia. Rebecca Liceaga

Rebecca Liceaga is a freelance make up artist in Los Angeles, CA. Regularly providing makeup services for fashion, beauty and commercial shoots, Rebecca’s work can be seen in advertising materials for Blue Cross of California and Hybrid Ideas Advertising. Rebecca is also a talented Coloratura Soprano that performs regularly and is a graduate of California State University Long Beach’s renowned Music Department.

Sole Alberti

Contributing Make Up Artist
Sole Alberti began training as a make-up artist at age five when her mother showed her how to use rose petals to tint her lips in Argentina. Alberti received her BA in Worlds Arts and Cultures from UCLA’s School of Arts and Architecture. She studied stage makeup and went onto research theater makeup in Verona, Italy where she explored facial structures and mask design for ‘Commedia del’Arte’ (silent comedy through expressionism). Upon conclusion of the course she was invited to teach a glamour makeup course at UCLA the following semester.

After completing a make-up seminar at Fred Segal in Los Angeles, Alberti began to practice professionally. Currently, Alberti studies cosmetology in order to receive her estheticians license and augment her expertise in beauty and skin-care. In addition to her studies, Alberti currently works on editorials, publicity campaigns, television shows, film, and music videos, and works closely with several celebrity clients. Sole is lead makeup artist at Josie Maran Cosmetics; her responsibilities include training sales associates at Barney’s New York and Sephora stores nationwide; managing and coordinating the artistry teams for events, trainings, editorial, QVC appearances, and print and television campaigns. Her recent clips include Fitness Magazine cover and a six-page spread in The New York Post.

Marco Souza

Marco was born in Brazil and moved to LA to study Fashion. After
A couple of months of taking fashion classes, he fell in love with make-up.
He finished his fashion studies at Pasadena City College and started
assisting leading make-up artists in Los Angeles and New York.
Marco still works with the best artists in the industry including
Jo Strettell, Kate Lee, Fulvia Farolfi, Riku Campo, Rachel Goodwin and the late, memorable Paul Starr.

Jamie Harper

In her five years of work as a celebrity makeup artist, Jamie Harper has had the opportunity to work with such dynamic celebrity talent as Miley Cyrus, Mario Lopez and Marc Anthony.

Born in New York, and raised in Puerto Rico, Jamie found she was happiest when immersed in the world of fashion and modeling. Her agent in Puerto Rico, the late Dalbert Rosado, was also instrumental in teaching her the techniques of becoming a well respected makeup artist, a profession that she quickly fell in love with.

Jamie’s success with modeling in Puerto Rico eventually led her to Los Angeles where she would pursue her dreams of becoming an actress. In her exposure to the entertainment industry, she learned advanced methods and techniques for makeup application, many of which she still uses today. Jamie has done makeup for magazine covers, music videos, and has worked with networks like E!, MTV, Style, and NBC/Mun2. Lee Peebles

Lee Peebles is the second youngest member of the Coco Eco Magazine team. Having graduated from Baylor University, Texas in December of 2007 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and an emphasis on graphic design, Lee is a talented, creative and dedicated player. He’s the magazine’s resident McLovin’ and happy to be our design star, but readily admits he’s only using us until Maxim Magazine offers him a job!

Colin Wright

Graduating from Missouri State University with a dual-emphasis in Graphic Design and Illustration, Colin is now running two design studios, a Culture magazine, and about to launch his own blogging network, Green Loves Gold.

As if that were not enough, he’s also invested in several eco-friendly companies, including nvohk (nvohk.com) and Electric Wildlife scooters. He has worked professionally as a Print Designer, Web Designer and developer, Computer Animator, Art Director, Creative Director, Photographer, Illustrator, Software Specialist, New Media Consultant, Guerrilla Marketing Director, Copy Writer, and Columnist. His commitment is to focus his design work on sustainable practices and businesses. And by the way, he also happens to be an above-average yo-yoist, used to play on an inter-collegiate Ultimate Frisbee team, is left-handed, and enjoys oil painting.
